Frequently asked questions
How does self check-in work?
You receive a keypad code before arrival. You can arrive any time between 3 pm and midnight, with no reception desk. For a later arrival, just call us and we will arrange it.
How can I pay?
You pay at the time of booking — by credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna or Sofort. On request we issue an invoice showing VAT, to your company address if you wish. Companies that need to pay on account, please contact us before booking.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes. When you book direct, cancellation is free up to 3 days before arrival. On the portals, the rate you booked there applies.
Is there a charge for parking?
No. The private parking spaces at the building are free and do not need to be reserved.
Is breakfast available?
No. All eleven units have a kitchenette with fridge, hob and toaster — including the compact room. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes on foot.
What does a longer stay cost?
The discount is deducted automatically and depends on the length of stay: ab 7 nights 7 %, ab 14 nights 10 %, ab 28 nights 15 %. For contractors, secondees and project stays we also quote longer periods and a monthly rate on request.
Will I get an invoice showing VAT?
Yes, with your company address on request. All rates include statutory VAT. Griesheim does not levy a city tax.
